    Delicious Rack of Lamb

    On a recent trip to Ottawa my wife and I went to La Piazza Ristorante. We had been there about a year ago and were quite impressed. I can truly say that the quality of the food has actually improved, which I didn't think was possible, and the service was excellent. The portions were plentiful, my wife ordered the lamb chops and she was only able to finish 3 of the 6 chops they served her. I ordered a Lobster Ravioli which was delicious. All this paired with a good bottle of wine made for an enjoyable meal.

    Great Events at La Piazza

    We recently were treated to an evening out with our inlaws at this family owned restaurant. I found both the food and the entertainment to be great; the pasta is perfection - I had the Penne Salciccia with a green salad, both were truly delicious. We're going to come for their Winemakers wine tasting on the 3rd of October - it seems like it's going to be quite the event and very reasonably priced at $60 for a six course meal.

    Really nice place, excellent food and service. Supreme pasta. Get the la busta room , cozy and it seems like you re in the Godfather movie :). Gotta make a reservation

    Bring your appetite

    I absolutely loved this restaurant --- from beginning to end. My friend and I went here to celebrate our respective Birthdays and it was wonderful. Our waiter recommended a wonderful white wine for me - I wanted to try something different and he said "you'll really like this...and I did". As for the appetizers, we shared the carpacio and mussels; both were amazing. Our main meal was fabulous and would highly recommend this place to anyone willing to sit for a nice, leisurely evening. I thought the service was a perfect speed for us to relax and enjoy each morsel, and we did. Buon Appetite

    Fantastic food! Great Atmosphere

    Right in the middle of Manotick Village stands this Italian Restaurant. The decor is minimalist, but elegant. The wine list is outstanding, while the bar is elegant and entertaining. The food and service is superb. They have an outstanding lunch menu with excellent choices and a really nice dinner menu. The Pasta dishes were excellent and the Tiramisu was fabulous, albeit much different from the usually heavy Tiramisu normally served in the generic Italian Restaurants. The stracitella was a revelation, don't miss it! Very nice ambiance, great location and easy parking.
