UPS Customer Centres

I waited all day for my delivery and they said I was not listed in the building well I am and I gave the right address . there are two Johnsons so if they cant get the right one M Johnson I have wasted a day for nothing rotten service to say the least disgusting .

How is it that my package was already in Delta BC and 2 hours later it is in Oregon U.S. This is very upsetting, is this how their make their money. By charge us duty. This has happened to me before and it is not exceptable. Is this against the law.

Absolutely worst service ever. One service rep said package would arrive Friday then another said Monday. They seem to have no clue what is going on there. Pretty much take 3 day's off work and wait for your package. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating

Do not use UPS if you have any alternative. It is very difficult to contact a person when theft screw up your delivery. Customer service representatives try hard but are challenged by English language. Impossible to talk to any person in authority. Score 1 out of 10, and the 1 is being generous
