The receptionist was personable and clear about when I would hear from the assessment of my tree. When I got the call, I was presented with options for my tree. I ended up choosing to take it down. They set the expectation of when it would happen and met it. I was at work when they did the job and it was so clean that aside from the fact the tree was gone, I would not have known anyone was there.
