I want to first give a 5 star review on this locations bakery, especially the Decorator, Michelle J. Shes detail-oriented, passionate, friendly, and creative. I had two custom cakes done by her and I wont go anywhere else now. They also have unbeatable prices!

I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. Fantastic! An excellent Fortinos Location. The staff is extremely helpful. The photo centre is phenomenal, I had the most wonderful experience getting my childrens baptism photos done here! I highly recommend this location for doing your photographs whether its for Easter, Christmas or any special occasion! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with such a pleasant person. I also got the baptism cake from here and it turned out so lovely. They customized it perfectly.

I have been shopping here for close to 2 years. I have observed improvements in Customer Service and the quality and variety of their produce which are important to me. Having shopped at other No Frills in the GTA region that are bigger and cater to a more diverse ethnic population, I can't complain too much about the lack of variety in their dry goods. I like that No Frills provides price matching and rainchecks. My rating is really 3 1/2 stars but there is no 1/2 star available.
