This is an update to the post about broken glass below. I am happy to report that the restaurant replied very quickly via email to my post, apologized, accepted responsibility, reported on changes made to routines to avoid another such occurrence, and are now sending a gift card.
By the way I had the steak and it was velvety, tender and delicious. The creme brûlée combo wonderful.
