I was asked to make an offer on a guitar,I did and the guy behind the counter threw a fit. Really horrible treatment to a potential customer. I guess negotiating a price is a sore spot for these egotists. If it wasn't the owner then this guy should be out on his ass.

Terrible customer service didn’t seem to be interested in working with me on the couple things I did want to pawn and lack of knowledge or effort to find out the information I had asked about on the one thing I had showed interest in buying never going back buissines sense I rate at a -20 I feel that’s fair my advice for those thinking of visiting this location don’t waste your time

high rates, quality wasn't there

received poor customer care and was disappointed in the unethical rates, the goods on display were of poor quality and I recovered my stolen car from this place and the Staff provided zero support with authority. I would NOT recommend unless your looking for items that have been stolen. Since I Believe this place supports Local Crime in Saskatoon there is a chance you could find it here :(. Shameful
