I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture! Although the customer service was great at the start . I was told my couch would be in at the store for pick up in two weeks ! Two weeks passed I called and my order wouldn’t be ready for 3 months! I was told I’d be charged a restocking fee . I called to get this sorted out, I was told I’d get called back twice. Time went by still no call back. I will never recommend this and will be telling all my clients to avoid the headache. TERRIBLE!
After getting frustrated with dealing with an after sales service issue over the phone, we went into the store. Abby Serrano, in-store Customer Service Manager, LISTENED to our concerns. She totally understood that every experience a customer has with their company determines whether they come back to the store for their next purchase. She went the extra mile and delivered outstanding customer service in resolving our issue. We will definitely shop at Ashley’s for our next furniture purchase.
We are very pleased with our experience in store! We had a wonderful sales lady, Amanda; she was friendly, knowledge and determine to help us find exactly what we needed for our space despite our specifics. She met all our requirements and we love our new furniture! The gentleman in finance was great to deal with, super friendly guy and made that portion of our sale a breeze! Overall, Ashley is a great environment and seems like a great place to work as well!
