    TERRIBLE experience. Was very rude, unprofessional and unprepared. He helped himself to a hitch at the pickup point thinking this was acceptable because he didnt pack his. I was not around to help with drop off or pay the bill in person (which he was informed of prior). He refused to send me a picture of the bill so I could pay with a etransfer. Was very very rude. I was afraid he would take his anger out on my equipment so I paid him what he demanded. He refuses to give me an invoice. BEWARE.
