Réjean Michaud has always loved cars so when it came to choosing a career he didn't have to think twice. Before even finishing high school, he enrolled in the Polyvalente de St-Hilaire to become a mechanic. "I was a young man but I was already working under the hoods of cars," explains Réjean. The school's mechanics program ended up being full, so he found himself in the auto body stream instead.
At the age of 15, Réjean got a job working evenings and Saturdays to earn a bit of money. His employer was Mr.Roger Massé, the owner of Carrosserie St-Basile at the time. Réjean worked for Mr. Massé for twenty years until 1994, when he bought the auto body shop. Since then, he's been helping customers alongside his wife Denise Fournier and more recently, their two sons. Frédéric deals mainly with auto body work while Daniel specializes in painting.
