Big waste of time, had to install a toilet give me an appointment twice they didnt showed up i called them again and now they are not responding, worst customer service and a total waste of time

This past weekend I realized that my hot water tank was leaking so I called Dr Plummer. Sergio answered and was very friendly and informative to my situation. He asked me questions to see if this was an emergency. When we concluded it could wait he set up an appointment for Monday morning. Monday, Carl showed up on time and was very professional. He took off his boots to ensure he didn’t dirty my floors. He replaced the tank and cleaned up as if he was never there. Dr Plummer did a great job!
