Im not happy with his inspection job that he really missed important things like oil tank was in illegal place and some windows doesn't close. I have recommended him to a friend before found out his mistakes. Will never do again.

The oil tank was not really visible, only small part of it have been observed but it was enough to notice that tank was too old and rusted. The recommendation was - further evaluation, which means check it with specialist
About windows - a representative number of windows were operated. Not all! And yes, in some cases we will not find localized problems. Your 77 pages report provides a lot of info about this 62 years old duplex. And major problems were indicated in the report
