The repair service was really dishonest! I went in for a wheel replacement on my little Samsonite cabin trolley and I was told the whole component would be replaced for 32$. I came in to collect it and noticed nothing had been replaced beside the little rubber wheel alone. It was an old spare piece they must have had lying around. A new set of rubber wheels and tools costs 13$ on Amazon. I surely am not falling for that anymore.
