Le menu est très varié, et inclu des classiques de bistro français en plus de quelques originalités.

The ever-expanding Europea group is not one to shy away from the festival circuit. Beaver Hall – its Old Montreal bistronomie outlet – will be showcasing the classic dishes of Lyon’s bouchons. Chef Patrice de Felice – a “maître cuisinier de France” – will whip up a three-course menu that will transport you to France’s third-largest city. - $39.50 before wine
This is an opportunity to introduce your heirs to the joys of well-prepared tartare. Beaver Hall, which is part of the small Européa "empire", offers beef or salmon and avocado tartare that will make your mouth water. You can also create your own risotto! Parents will be happy to note that for spring, they are offering a table d'hôte for $20 (chicken wings or soup, followed by a parmesan risotto or salt cod confit, and a dessert).
The festive menu here will allow you to finish the year well. It will start with an appetizer consisting of a gruyere cheese beignet, Vacherin and kirsch. You’ll follow that up with your choice of foie gras ravioli, Alaskan crab, sea bass ceviche, veal chops, scallops, wild turkey and much more!
