Worst customer service - do not shop here
This brand has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. First of all, they do not have a customer service phone number and representatives actively try to not give you their phone number. I wanted to return a bag that I received as a gift and it took Matt and Nat 2.5 months to process the return and for my gift giver to get back their money. This was not without constant emailing by me and having to provide my customer service and tracking number multiple times.
