Backed by her studies in biology and neuroscience but unhappy in the lab, Sarah Faure started working as a waitress in Vercors in the French Western Alps. She then left for Canada, where she quickly found a job as a waitress in Montreal while completing her naturopathic training.
"It's important to have the drive to passionately love what you do and leave no room for compromise, not about what you do or what you think," says the bold businesswoman.
