I just can't complain about any part of the service. -made an appointment -they showed up on time -did a great job -were friendly the whole time -cleaned up as if nothing happened. I think that's all customers ask for.

It took some time to get everything wrapped up but given that so many people needed basement anti-flood project done ASAP, it is reasonable.
If I needed plumbing service in the future I would definitly consider Northstar first.

We used Northstar for a couple of jobs in our home. Rob & Greg showed up and everything was shown to them what we wanted done. From there they went to work and things were explained and shown to us as they continued on. Excellent job and cleanup (took away old toilet/sink/taps and the cardboard boxes even though these items were purchased elsewhere) and communication with them was unbeatable. NorthStar Plumbing installed a backwater valve and sump pump overflow. They were professional, courteous, made sure there was little mess. There was some minor dust in the basement which could not be avoided. The pipe work for the sump pump overflow in our rafters was well hidden, and the external pipe was professionally done as to not be unsightly. They answered all our questions on maintenance of the backwater valve. We have used NorthStar before and will continue to do so.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish. They answered all my questions. The plumbers were very nice and polite. I like how they have confirmation emails and a courtesy call to tell me that the plumber is on his way. The quotes were easy to understand. I have already recommended your company to my daughter and my neighbors. Thank you again and if we ever need anymore plumbing you'll be the first company we call.

BACKWATER VALVE
I had Northstar install a backwater valve and sump pump under the City of Windsor subsidy program. The inspector told me I definately chose the right company to install it. They rated Northstar as #1 in service and installs for the city. They say they aren't allowed to recommend but gave me the thumbs up for who to recommend and who to call for the future. Great team!
