Terrible customer service! I am a landscaper and out of all the years and all of the suppliers I have used Arnts is by far the worst! Not only Were they very rude on the phone but they tried playing games with me over the pricing of their interlock stone. They had sent me a contractor price list and then when I asked them over the phone for the price, well it was way higher then what was on the price list. I went to a smaller supplier and got a better price, delivered sooner and way better serv
I heard about Arnts through a friend and ended up using them, I now have been using them for about 3 years and the quality is always great. Along with that, the staff is always so friendly and they really make an effort.
