Purchased a brand new JVC camcorder 10/03/18 specifically asked if it was a new unit and owner replied yes it was. In fact it was a demo unit with customer videos still on it. I paid for a new unit not demo and should be compensated accordingly.

Fantastic store with very friendly staff that will give you great advice as well as best price in probably all of Ontario ! Henry's can't even price match these prices. I have bought almost all of my m43 gear here as well as got the most fair trade in values. Highly recommended. 5 Stars !
