If I could rate this pharmacy -5, I would. The stuff is super unprofessional and they really don’t care. They make with mistakes with medications all the time but never admit it. If you call them, they won’t answer. If you come there, you will wait for hours or you will resolve their issue only after talking to a manager once. They gave us medicines of totally different person. Before them I couldn’t imagine that visit to a pharmacy can be stressful. Stay away from them. I am horrified of them.
Management recognized their mistake, but ‘couldn’t’ do anything about it. ‘Call 1-800-SHOPPER,’ they said. ‘That’s PC Optimum.’ But no one could fix their mistake. Leave the burden on the customer. ‘That’s understandable’ was all best answer they could give me, when I stated that I would not be returning to this location.
This is a horrible place. (St clair /bathurst) They dont have people To help you out. When you ask for help as I did when I walked in to get my passport pictures, the person working there was extremely rude and didnt want to help. Basically, they could care less if you are just standing there waiting for some assistance. Means nothing to them. Ive never left reviews inbthis site before but felt compelled to do so today after the experience I had.
The cashier black fat lady was SUPER rude, shoppers please do us a favor by training your staff one-two things about customer service.

We had been waiting for two weeks for a replacement Epipen (life saving medication for people with serious allergies) for my son's Allerject which had just been found to be faulty. When the pharmacy got their limited supply of Epipens in, they told us first come, first serve and they would not keep one for us even though we were on the way.
