Horrible quality work and complete lack of attention. Avoid this shop at all costs. I had a minor accident in 2019 and took my Matrix to Avenue Collision because they're a certified bodyshop for Toyota. When the repair was completed they handed me the car looking like utter crap with a straight face. The rubber lining was falling apart, the panels were loose with gaps and the fender was sagging under the car. I still cannot believe they actually let something this awful get back to a customer.
Being a very particular about my cars, I am exceptionally pleased with the work that Avenue Collision did on my X5. While there were some issues at first with the replacement of my doors, John and the entire crew at Avenue did not stop until it was resolved.....to my satisfaction. Their commitment to great customer service is what sets them apart in their industry.
This was kind of bussiness class collission repairs i could imagine.
