Worst experience ever and will never again do business with Reliance. Called on a Tuesday evening when I discovered water all over my floor. The call centre in India that I was redirected to informed me of an appointment for someone local to call me on that Thursday (July 1st). It’s now middle of July and still no one has contacted me. We were sent a customer satisfaction survey about how the pick up of our old tank went. Problem. It’s July 17. The tank is still sitting in my mechanical room.
Big thanks goes out to Peter who fixed our air conditioner today. He took his to to assess the problem and was very professional and very informative.
Very professional, explained everything and made it easy to understand. Job was done quickly. Look great.
When you pay a monthly rental it is supposed to include emergency servicing, I guess a furnace that stops working when its -15C is not considered an emergency because I had to wait until the next day to have it fixed, it was very cold.
On time. Cleaned up when completed. No extra costs. Great team.
