Unprofesional

I ordered my meat well done and, when it arrived, it was medium rare. I told the waitress who did not appear to care and did not offer a replacement. When I asked that the bill be adjusted, she refused and said the manager would not allow this. I then spoke to the manager who was the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered in a restaurant. She told me that nothing in this world is perfect and that her restaurant is not suitable for people like me (who expect to get what they order when they are paying). I agree (I am used to accurately filled orders, courtesy and professional customer service).

first of all to get seated i had to wait...

first of all to get seated i had to wait 10 minutes while the person was chattingto her old friend who was leaving . i get my steak and there is all kinds of hairs on the steak and the wiaitress told me it came from the brush they use. i asked for another but she said no ,and she could offer me a free desert, c,mon desert was free anyways cause it was on a tuesday . i got up paid and swore i would never go there again, what an awful place . leo y

The steak was very well done to my liking...

The steak was very well done to my liking. Scrumptious! I also enjoyed the salad bar and the soup was great as well. Good job overall.

Salad Bar is very fresh and excellent. All you can eat Garlic Bread is Great! Other entres are only average but the Prime Rib is out of this world! It's only sold on weekends.
