I bought a dining set and the sales guy Alex was really friendly. The product turned out to be really good. My family loves to relax on it! Will definitely come back!
The showroom was huge and looked really good. The owner was very nice. I just went there a few days ago and bought a sectional. He even gave me a present on top of the discount.
Amazing customer service. Amir was super patient kind. We bought superb quality rawhide genuine leather chairs - exceptional quality- and are over the moon.
I bought a 300 plus tax mattress from them at a recent auction which they advertised as a pillow top.. which it definitely isnt. And when I came a couple hours later to pick it up they said they over sold a lot of products and they would deliver me one. I also bought a 1800 plus tax 3 piece couch set which they advertised as leather.. only to find out after when I googled the set that it was leather like material.. Needless to say I wont be attending another one of their auctions.
they sold me a juicer that was damaged. The bottom of the box fell open when I picked it up. The top of the box was not even attached. When I got it home the juicer was not in any form of packaging. There were broken pieces in the bottom. Waiting to see what will happen. Hopefully it will be replaced.
