Came in for a simple cable replacement for my laptop because the screen wasn't displaying anything except through an external monitor. Long story short, my laptop ended up worse than when it came in and the only options the business gave me was to pay more for a desktop tower that they have built or get a refund of $65 (which is definitely not enough to cover the costs of the damages incurred). Manager was very rude as well and did not take responsibility of what happened.

We spent over $400 for a home PC.. It's been a lemon pretty much from the get go.. They do not stand by their products. Been an issue with the hard drive.. What a waste of money, will NEVER GO BACK to this place or trust them again.. It pays to go to a reputable place

I am Phil. This is the 1st. review that I have ever done for anything. My Lacy 1TB external Hard Drive caved in a few weeks ago, ( DON'T buy Lacy )... I looked on the web for a local shop that, ( might ) be able to remedy my dilema. THESE guys came through for me BIG~TIME ! Danny & John are the REAL DEAL . I am EXTREMELY grateful to them for swapping out my ' pooched ' hard drive & saving 1 Terrabyte worth of photos, tax forms & A LOT of other VERY VALUABLE information that I had stored on that Lacie 1TB .
