I hired Justin a couple years ago for bits of roof. Was good. In late 2017, the whole roof needed to be done. He was having a bad time missed his timelines, and his truck was in the shop constantly. He did my entire roof shingles well. But then I paid him because he needed the money - before he was done - and he left all the roof garbage around my house. When it thawed enough i had to have it hauled away ($1000). He basically ghosted me except for a couple texts saying he’d by by. He owes me

He provided proof of insurance upfront. He found the issue and had it fixed within two hours. Accepts credit payments with receipt, warranty, and pictures sent through email.
