I bought my F150 and the service was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They filled all the checks on my list. I really recommend them.

Terrible service. I transferred my lease and paid a 550$ transfer fee and signed off on all paperwork to transfer the vehicle to the new owner. The dealership called me two and half months later to say the transfer is not complete. This is after they had confirmed the transfer was completed. They told me I was still responsible for the vehicle even though the ownership were transferred and Ford had approved the application. It affected my credit and they took zero blame for any of it even though
