Service warning....Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LINCOLN FIELDS SHOE REPAIR SHOP located in the Lincoln Fields mall. A month ago I brought my beautiful blue heels into them to have the heel tips replaced. It took 5 minutes, he charged me $12.00 for the fix. Sounds good right? NOT. He asked me if I wanted a bag. I said no..he insisted. I got the shoes home to realize the heel was now snapped in half. I took the shoes back in and of course I was told I snapped them myself and continue to refuse to fix.

    Miracle Workers

My relationship with both owners now exceeds two decades for a very simple reason. Quality !!!! If they say the repair is possible, you can be assured that your item will be stronger than the original. I've had golf bags, zippers, shoe soles, jeans, leather boots and jackets restored to new and even better than new and the kicker...........the price. Why replace by buying new? I know we live in a throw- away society but that's because replacement costs are less than the repairs. Not at this repair shop!! Repairs are very reasonable and my product now lasts that much longer than had I bought new. Even though I have moved 30 minutes further away from Lincoln Fields, I will continue to use their fine, high quality service.

    Worst customer service experience ever!

A horrible customer service experience. Right off the bat the man working took several minutes to greet or acknowledge my mother or I. When he finally came to the counter I asked if he could repair the heels of my shoes- he simply nodded his head, I then asked him how much it would cost- he said $10, as I began to ask him if that price was for one or both pairs of shoes- he threw his hands in the air and told me to go somewhere else. Out of shock I said excuse me? He said he doesn't bargin, that he has lots of money and he didn't want my business. I told him I was just asking him a question to clarify and had no intension of bargaining with him. He walked away and in a raised voice told me to go somewhere else. It still shocks me how disrespectfully I was treated. I am a friendly, polite person and did not deserve to be spoken to and refused service like this. I told the man that I could not believe he would not serve me properly and even asked him if it was because of the colour of my skin. He turned around and did not respond. All I know if that I will NEVER go back to this place again and I will most definitely share this story with people I know to deter them from going there.
