Horrible customer service and ridiculous return policy. I bought something on Wednesday brought it back on Sunday unopened and with a receipt. The manager was rude and said we cant take that back because we don't know if it has been tampered with. I said the return policy here doesn't mention any exclusions. They could not have cared less.
I live nearby, thus I buy food there. It's a dread. Employees don't care, nor say any thanks upon paying your bill (try saying "thank you", they will answer "you're welcome".). Selection is poor and customer service is abysmal. I shop there if I really need to but try to avoid the place. How can Loblaw's support one of its brand with this type of customer service and management is beyond belief. AVOID.
The comment I just seen about the people looking miserable here makes total sense as the owner is very unpleasant! Never happy, just wants to rush away to avoid you too. No people skills what so ever.
I would put no stars if i could. There is always a problem when shopping at this store!Even the workers don't look happy. I've even seen the managers push and grab costumers. I just don't see how this is a family area. Never shoping here again!!!!!
