Steve's Towing

After getting my car towed, at first everyone at the office seemed very helpful and reassured me that i did not have to worry about a single thing. After more consideration, i decided that it was best to bring my car into a dealership i was more comfortable with. Once i started asking for the release fee for my insurance (which also called many times) i got told that they did not want to release my car until i got it done here. They refuse to answer my insurance company and my car is sill there.

A very nice man,delivering a truck to somewhere in Toronto.Had stopped when he saw me walking on the 400 by Parry Sound.He drove me to the gas station and dropped me off to get gas.Was unable to take me back to my vehicle and I was totally ok with that.A huge Thank you to this gentleman who took the time to get me to the gas station.

$1300 for being pulled out of a snowbank on the side of a highway and towed 8.9km over about 2 hours. Was told I was legally obligated to accept their service (while I was waiting for CAA) and that CAA would reimburse me.

Steve’s towing hired my company to clean up multiple spills. They do not pay their bills and we have sent several accounts to collections. Stay away from Steve’s Towing and their sister company Leigh Environmental. Hey Steve - Pay your bills and stop dodging collections. Be very cautious when using them for spill clean up. Make sure to ask for MOE licensing and their insurance.

I wouldn't recommend getting a service from this company... they don't honour the agreed price for towing and charged my Insurance more that what was agreed upon.

After asking for the fee breakdown to release my car I asked for confirmation and a breakdown of the fees 3 times and was given a raised voice. The person I spoke to, Steve, who I presume is the owner, repeatedly told me he doesn't have time to discuss the details of a significant sum of fees and hung up the phone. To be forced to deal with anger & impatience in a situation where a towing company holds the leverage is a deplorable situation led by someone no other person should deal with.

Cool looking undercover truck picked me up on the 401 after I rear ended a lady. Nice guy helped me get my car fixed without paying all I needed was insurance full coverage. Car came back to me looking like nothing happened and I got a nice detail out of it. Use these guys or you ever make a mistake like I did.
