Horrible employees at this location. I confirmed with pizza pizza's corporate phone # that there is no clause that the washrooms cannot be used by those on duty (such as Uber, Canada post, delivery drivers in general). But the employees deliberately lie to say the washrooms are clogged even when customers who are there say otherwise. When confronted the employees ignore you and hide in the back room. Will call corporate again who agreed to discuss this issue with the franchise owner next week.
