Norm was not only efficient and professional but also kind. We expected the worst cost-wise but it turned out to be very reasonable. We have him in our contacts and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for his services. Highly recommend! I should also mention that he travelled a good distance where others wouldn’t.

Very polite, honest and helpful. Will tell you how much to repair and what to expect later with your appliance. (I.e Known for blowing mother boards). Clean and respectful workers. Even love my dog.

Very punctual, extremely knowledgeable. Fixed my washer seven months ago and it still works great! It was only two months old when it needed fixed. He even gave me tips/pointers on using the machine more efficiently. Very professional and friendly.

Anything lower then a single star. Doing warrantee work on my washer. They ordered the wrong part. Showed up installed motor, the left. Called back that same day to let them know it still wasn’t working. Returned days later only to realize they ordered the wrong motor. That was weeks ago...still waiting for the right motor and a return call on an eta or anything really. I call I get the voicemail. Next day call again...voicemail full. Call day after and voicemail empty.

Absolutely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Took my money for the parts and now wont return it. Do not deal with Norms appliance. Long wait,unprepared, and office girl is rude and doesnt return calls. Then keeps your money!

Girl in office very professional but friendly. Norm knows his stuff-honest and direct. Did not realize how few appliance service people there are. Kinda scary. Thanks Norm!

WORST repair company EVER. -Never answer their phone and rarely answer voicemails -didnt hear from them from the initial date of his inspection for 3 months. when I called to ask why the secretary told me she lost my contact information. -missed two appointments for repair in a row with no call or notification that he wasnt coming. again I called for explanation. He said he wasnt sure where the parts were. -spent the next 3 months trying to get them to refund me the initial fee I paid

Had an appointment for dishwasher service about two weeks ago and nobody showed up. Never called, never left a message, not once did anybody pick up the phone when I tried to reach them. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend them to anybody.

Called them to fix my dishwasher, no one answers the phone and I left voice mail. Never called back. Terrible.

No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I had an appointment today to install an over the range microwave; when the repairman arrived, he asked why he was there. When I told him he was to install a microwave, he said that’s a two man job and left. Messages not returned so I guess I’m without a microwave for Christmas.

Worst service ever. I will never buy another GE product ($1100 from Notre Dame Boys as long as this company is their servicing dealer. I have been waiting over a month for a part that is covered under warranty, this is after paying them $200 for a service call in which they pretty much replaced 3 major parts that were defective, the service tech walks out the door, and the washer is still broken, he comes back a week later with a new agitator, opens the box and woops wrong part...Still waiting..

Excellent repair knowledge, able to diagnosis issues, get the right parts - and fix appliances we thought we might have to go out a buy new. Honest pricing and excellent service! Highly recommended.

NOT RECOMMENDED - I would not recommend this company to anyone who is paying for a service. Our washer and dryer was under warranty and it took over 2 1/2 months to get it repaired. Shipped parts arrived broken, they'd cancel appointments then show up, make appointments and not show up, when parts were received and repairman showed up at the home he'd inform me that he received the wrong part but he'd try the piece anyway...makes me wonder how well our machine is repaired with an improper part.

Would of gave it half a star but won't let me. not to fast at getting back to u at all this business
