What a load of misinformation about this restaurant, have eaten here for three occasions, service fantastic, polite and quick. Excellent food cannot fault anything.

Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was close to inedible -- our lips were numb because it was just way to hot, had buffalo chicken sandwiches elsewhere and have always loved them but not here
Very pleasant atmosphere and seated promptly. Service was great considering they were training a new waitress at the same time. Bread served before the meal the tie you over until the main course arrived. Ribs were among the best I've had. They threw us a small perk once I told them my girlfriends birthday had just recently passed. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place have been here since I was little.. if your complaining about slow service... you have obviously never waitressed before its HARD.. and if your complaining about your drinks not being served but being billed.. uhmm everyone makes mistakes.. stop being so mean! and if you have nothing to wipe your hands on n your wine glasses get messy... pretty sure you can ask for napkins..your not royalty. I love this place and ill keep going back till the day I die :)
I must say that the ribs were very good. Thats where the good news ends.
It is basicly a diner. They fill you plate with a ridlculous amount of fries so it look like you are getting 20 dollars worth of food. The onion loaf is greasy (which did I expect) and burnt.
The service was terribly slow and you would think she had never waited on a table before in her life. We ordered a bottle of red wine, which was over 30 dollars and after pouring 2 glasses she put the top firmly back on. I guess she wanted to keep it fresh rather than let it breath.
They offer nothing to wipe your hands on while you eat the ribs so your wine glass ends up covered in sauce unless you eat your ribs with a knife and fork.
And do not look at the menu online expecting some of thier nicer dishes., The menu here is reduce to the basics.
Be prepare to be squeezed in to tight booths. Avoid if you are a larger then average family, both in numbers and stature. This actually surprises me because they seem to cater to overeating americans so you would figure they would make seating that accomidated them.
The drinks ordered were never delivered, yet they were on the bill. The bathroom was like a truck stop. There was a large unflushed stool in the toilet. There were paper towels everywhere, but there were none available to dry my hands. Urine was on the floor. The server rarely came around and when she did she needed to be asked twice for utensils. The cloth napkin that wrapped the utensils were covered with human hair. On our way out despite a still full restaurant, I needed to find someone to unlock the revolving door. The place was the worst.

5 of us went on a Sunday evening in June and there was no wait. We decided to go here based on the other reviews we read, and im glad we did. All the other restaurants in this area are very over priced, especially the ihop but this place is priced very close to what i would expect at home in the US. The baby back ribs were great, and the meal was served with warm, fresh bread.
Best food, best service, best everything in niagara falls, Canada. We payed only $53 for 3 people and we had left overs. All the other places in Canada we went to were ridiculously expensive. But not this one. And they give you free breakfast when you stay at the Radisson hotel but you have to ask for the voucher..they won't say anything about it.

I've been to Tony Roma's before, and the second visit was no different. I really enjoy their food, and the atmosphere is great. As soon as my boyfriend and I arrived we were seated. Our waitress came right away and took our order. The price definately isn't bad for the amount of food you get on your plate. Can't wait to go back.
These are by far, the best ribs around Niagara. The come in various sauces that are carefully made to enhance the flavour of the ribs. Always tender & not too smokey,this place is for real rib eaters. If you love to B.B.Q. your own with your own special sauces (like me)you'll still find this place cuts to the chase for quality.
My last visit was a little slow for service,but my expectations were met with another wonderful meal.

Great time when we visited. When we got there, it was about a 25 minute wait, which we didn't mind since it was a Saturday night. We had drinks at the bar while we only waited about 15 -20 minutes. The hostesses were very pretty and friendly. All staff was great..our server kylie was a good waitress, the food was delicious, prices weren't bad, and I would highly recommend it.
This is high quality food! The Restaurant down the road has some competion! I ordered an extra well done steak and it was perfect! the service is always happy and ready to serve. I love it here!

Overall Tony Roma's wasn't bad. Their rib dinner was good (it was pricey, sauce could have been better but the quality of the meat was good and it was well cooked). The service was good.
The waitress was prompt, cordial and helpful. My only complaint is that for the quality of the food (which was good but not great) it was way over priced. I've had much better rib dinners elsewhere. A good compromise restaurant in which you will get average to good food, good service but with slightly above average prices.
Food was great! Eaten at other Tony Roma's throughout Ontario but at this location the service was poor!! The server needs a lesson in manners and so did the hostess. With so many empty tables in the restauant, all we asked was to join our friends(party of 4( but the hostess refused and sat us very far from them. They were rude! Will never visit this location again
Fantastic place to get ribs - all you can eat Monday through Thursdays. Beef ribs were huge and contrary to the other reviewer - were very tasty. Excellant service and the atmosphere was good too. Not many people in the Falls this time of year. Friend had three full racks of the Pork Sides they were so good. Veggies had a crispiness and buttery garlic flavour - very nice. Drinks were priced well as well and the beer was nice and cold - Great job Colleen and all!

ribs were dry and tasteless. potatoes were grey, pasty and garlicy. Green beans were inedible because of the garlic chunks and margerine. Atmosphere was non-existant. We should have known because the place was only 1/4 full on a saturday night. I later told the driver that we chose that restaurant because there were so many good reviews on the web. He replied that they must have been written by the family of the owner. We would NEVER go back.
