We got referred to Art of Shoe Repair by a friend. Since then we had many shoes repaired, widened, new soles and heels replaced. Workmanship is of high quality. Prices are fair and we always receive an email when the shoes are ready to be picked up, often sooner than promised. We recommend them. You wont be disappointed.
I was treated terribly at this business. Very rude, condescending employee (owner?). Not sure how he stays in business. I’d give him zero stars if it was possible
Recently had heels fixed on my shoes. I also purchased a wooden piece, which I had engraved for a Christmas gift . The owner was very helpful. Received my items on the date as promised. Was very pleased.
HE CUSTOM MADE ME A LEATHER BACK-BRACE- WHICH I DESPERATELY NEEDED SINCE MY 2 MAJOR BACK SURGERIES IN 2016. He did an excellent job- I am so very pleased I would recommend his work to anyone.
Friendly service. I was very happy that they were able to bring life back to my weathered work bag.
They also had some very interesting cutting boards that caught my attention.

I used to go there for all of my shoes repairs and would be the first to say he was amazing, friendly and accommodating. My last experience was not a pleasant one. He literally ruined a pair of my shoes and told me I ruined them, they were like that before I brought them in. He was very rude, literally raising his voice at me. Although his wife apologized for his rudeness, I did say I would never return. Read his insulting comments back to customers who have complained, that speak volumes.
Exceptional customer service, the owner is so kind and hardworking you can tell he’s passionate about what he does and is very knowledgeable about everything. I was so excited to get my shoes back he did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what was asked can’t thank you enough! will definitely be coming back.
Very pleased with the service. I have been using 'Art ofShoe Repair' for years, in Upper Canada Mall and now in the Newmarket Plaza. My shoe repairs have always been done with great care and experience.

Our location in the plaza offers direct access to our store so that busy people like yourself can be in and out in a few minutes.
Some people even leave their car running while they come in to get their items.
Before you would have to walk fifteen minutes through the mall to get to us and again another fifteen minutes to go back to your car if you were able to find a parking spot.
