The locations of these stores are Napanee at 130 Richmond Blvd 613-354-4391, Kingston location located at 1407 John Counter Blvd 613-542-1831 and a Picton location located at 13239 Loyalist Parkway 613-471-1194. We are a one stop shop there is no sub-contracting involved we do everything ourselves, from the machine that digs your pool to the person that shows you how to run the pool when the installation is complete. On average it takes us about 7 - 14 days to complete an inground pool and we install an aboveground pool in one day. We recently had an above ground pool installed. I agree with the other reviewer they are professional until they cash your cheque and then they can't be bothered by you. They don't stand behind their product, they are very disorganized and rude. I feel so disappointed because we thought we did our due diligence in researching pool companies because that is a lot of money for us, but in the end we still got screwed! I would NOT recommend this company!
Don't be fooled by the first review. Remember - two sides to every story. My husband and I purchased a full in ground pool from Shelin 9 years ago. Dwayne and Amy were amazing. Always willing to help and offer solutions. Other than regular maintenance, to date we have had zero problems with the pool. Over the years we have recommended Shelin to friends and family. They too are happy with the product and service. I'd hire Shelin without hesitation.
Once they have your money the customer service stops!!! beware they do not stand behind what they sell. Having a serious problem and they just tell you to get lost.
