I am always greeted with a smiling face. The salon is always super clean and the girls are so lovely. The beds are the best and they always have the newest and best products on the shelves.
This place has new owners who really take the time to appreciate their customers. i got a platinum tan package with 15% off my tanning lotion and was pleased with it all. I’ve never felt and looked so good. They have a customer appreciation day coming up and was told it’s free tans all day plus major discounts.
I live in the area and have been coming to Sunset Tan for a number of years now, and I love the experience there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to get to know me and what it is I am looking for. Not to mention the hydration station! It's a spa experience without an expensive price tag. The salon is always immaculate, and I would not dream of going anywhere else to tan.
The best tanning salon! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, the beds are the highest quality I have ever used (and give me the best results) and the customer service is always impeccable! They personalize my visits each and every time offering me products and services best for me-not just what's the most expensive. This is the place to be to maintain your summer glow-in a safe and healthy environment. If you haven't already been in, it's a must try for the cold winter months!!
Went in for a tan last year and she up sold me on a package. Knowing I don't tan often, I was a bit reluctant but she assured me it never expires. I bought the package. Returned today only for her to let me know I can't use my last 2 because my package expires??? My wedding is Sunday and no sympathy. I will never go back. She is the owner and when I asked her if she cared about losing the business, no valid response. I can see why business is always slow when I'm there. Had she honoured it, I would have stayed a customer. Some people should not be in business, this is one of them. Poor customer service and not even polite about it.

We pride ourselves in customer service, Sunset Tan has been in business just over 10 years, and without our 100% customer satisfaction on service, and product we never would have won the Mississauga’s Readers Choice Award “Platinum Winner” Year after Year. Sunset Tan’s management team does try to accommodate all our customer requests within reason.

Great Service and fun experience
I have very much enjoyed the hydration station at Sunset Tan. In just 15 to 20 minutes I feel like I have had a full body massage, a cleansing steam sauna, and a moisturizing body wrap. I highly recommend it. And just to complete the whole effect, the spray tan is beautiful and very natural looking.
