Not. Happy. With them. I order a sofa on December 24th. The guy told me I will have it delivered in about 15 days. Time went by and noone called me to let me know. I had to call them multiple times. Most of the time they never answered or called me back. After one month waiting they left me at home wondering why they did not delivered today as the lady in the store told me. I am left with no choice but to go there and ask for my money back. These people has no respect.

The best furniture shop i ever went to. don't know how they sell such a good furniture that for low prices i mean same stuff at brick is double the price. i just bought a couch n im comin back for my bed set soon. must ask for TJ hes a cool guy. definitely recommend dime furniture. see you guys soon.
These guys have amazing prices, I bought furniture for my entire house and every thing is perfect, had little issue with delivery timing buts that's OK it was worth it to wait. i will definitely recommend DIME FURNITURE.

I also had a HORRENDOUS experience dealing a store on dixie and matheson. We were EXTREMELY nervous about shopping at any other store I saw on kijiji. However, I took the chance and went to DIME FURNITURE we were treated extremely well by TJ and his wife and they really knew how to deal with customers. We ordered a sectional and wanted to make sure we received it within a week. True to TJ's word, they delivered it in 2 days.
I was referred to Dime Furniture by a friend of mine and I have to say, it was the best referral I was ever given.The prices they have are unbelievable plus tax included. I had all the furniture delivered next day with no issues. Thank you so much. It was a great experience.
Phone number goes unanswered to unactivated voice mail, so I went to the shop at 1pm Thurs March 5, 2015. Door locked, doorbell broken. As I was peering in,a woman came up, assuming I worked there. When I explained I did not, she told me how she had paid for mattresses the previous week with delivery Saturday February 28. Not only did the mattresses not show up, but she had been unable to reach them since and was now reduced to waiting all day by the shop. I wonder if she got her beds.
Prices and selection were good. Th only complaint is on follow up service. These guys never followed up on delivery and then only arrived at around midnight....considering they were supposed to deliver before 8 it was rather frustrating, not to mention how late at night they showed up
This is the most unprofessional store i have ever been to. I picked a sofa and they told me it would be delivered on Monday between 5-8. I called to confirm around 3 on friday as i had not heard anything. The employee was busy and said he would call back in 5-8 at about 530 he called and i assumed he was there to deliver but he told me the warehouse was not stocked and it would be 2 weeks before it would be available. In two weeks i called back to check on status. The same employee answered said he would call warehouse and call me back on 5mins. FOUR HOURS LATER I called him ad clearly he was not calling back and asked what was happ
