Great example of HORRIBLE customer service... Poor attitude and unapologetic employees who deomonatrated an inability to accurately book an eye exam. I would advise against giving them any business until they get serious about customer service!
Extremely disappointed with this location. Nit one but several issues with trying to get an optometrist appt with them. The receptionistis extremely unfriendly and books incorrect appointments. Didn't even accept her mistake or was apologetic about it. Poor customer experience. Would recommend Akal Opticals over them any day.
