This place is the best!! The classes are great, the staff is incredible and even the other class members are amazing. The instructors are able to motivate like no other and really push you to push yourself while still allowing you, without judgement, to go at your own pace. I especially love how they paired me up with another instructor for my first class so I was able to really learn what to do in the class and get the most from my workout! :)
I love this place, they are a second family to me and I get an awesome workout which is always challenged and is always something different I love it :)
