The food is wonderful. We eat there weekly. The prices are unbelievable! Most of all, from the first time we visited nearly three years ago, Chu remembered our names. It is a very welcoming feeling to be greeted by name. He seems to know everyong who eats there and if he has met someone only once, the next time he greets you by name.
If you like spice, the Hue's special is for you. The vegetarian dishes are also wonderful and if you have a special dietary request, they always comply. We love it there and have never been disappointed.

My favourite Vietnamese restaurant in London by far! Yes, the interior's a little "eclectic" shall we say, but you can't beat the service, price and food. Everything on the menu is made fresh and tastes great. They asked my name on my first visit and every time I have come in since they have greeted me by name, even remembering details about my school/job/etc. They always have tea on your table within seconds....just tip up the lid if you need more. I highly recommend the (205 maybe?) bbq/spring roll/grilled pork ball vermicelli bowl, the pad thai or soups. If you are expecting high-class ambiance with black tie service look elsewhere, but if you want a good restaurant where for under $10 a plate including drinks you can get fast friendly service, and quality food then you won't be disappointed.

I have been eating here for quite a while now. I think that the food, service and quality is superb here and I would recommend anyone to go and try it out. Its VERY crowded during th lunch hour, but if you wanna try it out, go for dinner with family or friends.

Absolutly excellent! and like everyone else, chu remembers my name too! the service is just fantastic and they are willing to tailor any dish just the way you like it. i LOVE the singapore noodle which i often get with extra veggies instead of pork. and the prices can't be beat.
