Faced with the urgent need for modifications/repairs to our drain stack which had started to leak quite significantly, I searched online for a plumbing service and decided to try Mr.Rooter. A short time later, Service Technician Patrick Jardine arrived, surveyed and assessed the situation, explained a couple of options, and provided a quote. Excellent service. The office staff was very friendly when calling in to have someone come out. Cory showed up within 2 hrs of calling the office on a Friday night. He assesd the problem, provided a clear explanation as to what the issue was and the solution to fixing it. He gave us a quote to fix our problem. Within 2 hrs our problem was fixed.
