Mount Pleasant Cemetery was established in 1875 as a non-profit service organization. We are a non-denominational cemetery dedicated to the respectable and dignified cremation or interment of those that have passed on. Throughout its history, famous Londoners have been buried here. A casual stroll through the grounds might reveal such names as Dorothy McClary a niece of John Adams and cousin of John Quincy, the 2nd and 6th U.S. Presidents, or Simeon Morrill, the first Mayor of London.more...See more text
