Horrible. Beware of Dylan a journeyman plumber. He ‘manipulates’ the truth to his advantage. We are currently fighting what we view as an egregiously high bill. The owner refuses to sit down and talk with us.
Hired them for my supportive housing program after the city stated that my water usage was high and I might have a leak. They must have thought that they could inflate the bill and I wouldn't notice because housing the mentally ill is a gold mine right. Anyways, I had a few things for them to look at anyway so I made a list and called them in providing a detailed explanation.
