Robin S was great. She listened to our complaint of constant rising costs for unused services. She understood our customer frustration and arranged a cheaper package that offers only the channels we want. We left with a smile and gratitude. The only reason I don't add a 5th star is that the extra $12 for Internet and phone as of Sept. 1 will reduce the actual savings we enjoyed briefly. As tested loyal customers over 12 years, we would like to see a rise in rates not eat away agreed-on savings.
I am trying to call a Toronto number (a dozen times) 1 416 900 3458...every time I hear the message that I have dialed a number that is long distance and that I should dial 1 then the number...I DID... A DOZEN TIMES YOUR PHNE XSERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED
They cancelled the internet instead of the phone and can’t seem to get the internet working again - no supervisor to talk to SURE ! Awful service - horrendous wait times on the phone !!!
Seems like the internet is throttled down in peak times. called and complained several times. I get a 'special' price a short time later only to have my bill go up later to compensate for the savings.
