I had a wonderful experience at Royal Distributing Innisfil. My first contact was with Nathan , I was very pleased with the way he handled my situation over the phone. I visited the store and spoke to Tracey who once again was very helpful and she asked Jason to assist me further in his department. My meeting with Jason was fantastic service, Jason I found very knowledgeable and took me through the steps in sizing the proper helmet for myself. I will continue being a loyal shopper at this store
DO NOT spend your hard earned money at Royal Distributing!! They sell chinese junk from Wish!! Will not exchange stuff they sell!! If they do decide to refund you. They must inspect the item for 4 days to ensure you havent tamoered with it or abused it. This place is a joke and I will be using social media to inform everyone!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
Purchased a snow flap for a snowmobile. It broke the first time I backed into some deep snow. It was obvious that it was an inferior product. I made the warranty claim within the three months but they refused to refund me my money.
