really rude dispatcher.I called to book a cab for a vet appointment.She seemed put out by it. She must have been as I got my cab an hour and fifteen minutes after the time I had prebooked for. will be using another cab service.
Extremely rude dispatch workers/drivers. I told the driver I was paying with credit BEFORE we went anywhere. Then, when we get to the destination he says his machine isn't working and tries to get my information to pay him later. I do not have time to wait around for a taxi driver to pay him later because HIS credit machine wasn't working. Then when I called dispatch to complain about the unprofessional behaviour they actually tried to argue with me. Do not take blueline taxis.
