The muffler on my Honda Civic broke. The Honda dealership only replaces the entire exhaust system, which is extremely expensive. After reading the reviews online, I went with True-Centre. I gave them a call and was able to get my car inspected to figure out the best fix. The mechanic came in and explained the issue and had a convenient poster on the wall to show me what had to be replaced. They fixed it on the spot. It was reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend

Last Wednesday I called true centre to have my snow tyres put on. Brian said they were booking for next Wednesday. I explained that I drive from Waterloo to Guelph. He agreed to try to squeeze me in the next day despite having 2 workers off. I got there I could tell they were very busy however Justin the general manager took my keys and did it himself. I was so grateful for such excellent service. My experience has always been positive and genuine. Thanks and appreciation to Justin and his team.
