Hello I had a bad experience with a Bloomex delivery for Xmas. The flowers were damaged, all flower heads were broken & the items included in the box were soaked with water & ruined. I contacted Bloomex I told them my situation & they were very apologetic. They resent the gift with no issues & the flowers & gifts were intact. I thanked Bloomex for making my day. Dorothy

Great website; very easy to pick a beautiful bouquet within budget. Super fast delivery. A nice added touch: received emails when the order was received, when in transit and when delivered. Bloomex really came through for me on Mother's Day!
Beware Pathetic. Confirmed order and processed payment then advised delivery would arrive 4 days late..I advised that the order should be cancelled an money refunded. Was told holiday purchased were final. Do not order here and tell your friends.
What I ordered was substituted with something completely different and 1/2 the size. Customer service sent a generic email stating ... “... we reserve the right to substitute with similar product of greater value. While we understand the importance of having the selected arrangement delivered as described, unfortunately, certain issues may occur in the event of stock fluctuation.” ... and offered me a $20 voucher on my next order. Not interested in correcting the actual problem order!
DISGUATING POS COMPANY!!! Ordered basket 2 days before delivery date. Paid 15 dollars for delivery. NEVER arrived!!! Went on live chat! BS not live at all. AUTOMATED!!! sent email... NO RESPONSE!!! called... was told managers dont work weekends and would receive an email on monday if its not too busy.... email came for a coupon of 20 dollars off. I DONT WANT 20 DOLLARS OFF, I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
What a joke! My parents sent me flowers for my grandma passing away. They ordered them Feb 14 and I received them from purolator today in a beautiful bloomex box dead as could be!!! They smelt horrible and are dead. What company would actually use purolator to send fresh flowers and expect them to be alive 5 days later! This company is a special kind of stupid! Read the reviews before you buy from them. I’ve never seen such horrible reviews. Shame on you Bloomex.
Love the product and love to work here! Great product- fresh flowers. A lot of emotions and a lot of deliveries done everyday across Canada. A lot of smiles every day!
One week ago, September 24, I received a beautiful Bloomex box. Inside was a bouquet of 15 multi-color roses. At first glance they looked beautiful but the orangy and pink ones were already tinged with brown. Yesterday I tried to choose a few roses but they were goners with some kind of black and powdery residue at the base of the flowers . My gifters would be mortified to know.
