Service is Fast, reliable and trustworthy; the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pricing is very cheap comparatively and the big smile and friendly greetings of the employees make it even better to visit. they have all kind of stuff for young to old age which helped me alot in my Christmas shopping list for all my family members and they give great deals so my wallet was just as happy. would definately recomend everyone to visit for jewelry and watches.
I brought my watch in for a $10 battery replacement. They forgot to put the o-ring back, critical for keeping water out. Water got in and my nice titanium Seiko watch needed a $150 repair job. Two employees identified the damage was caused by a missing o-ring. The manager agreed to fix it but then asked me to pay for it. He didn't apologize, called his employees stupid, tried to blame me for it and refused any future repairs. Worse, he didn't even repair the watch with the right coloured parts.
I needed a new battery for an expensive watch which I had purchased at Walt Disney World. I asked the owner to be very careful and noticed him trying to take off the back plate while talking on his cell phone. I saw he was having trouble and called to him to stop but he ignored me and proceeded to use another tool to "pop off" the back plate and change the battery. When he finished there were four scratches on the face of the watch. I was devastated.
