I met with Royal Home Improvements In December and asked them to provide an estimate on my renovations - with a promise to complete the work by a specific date. I only had 90 days of actual construction time to complete the work, and the timelines were tight considering the work we required prior to moving into the home. Paul Napolitano and his staff did an excellent job of providing my family a fully renovated kitchen, two bathrooms, front double doors, garage doors, eaves, soffits and fencing - all delivered on time as promised! We had a great reno experience and highly recommend Royal Home Improvements!
When we purchased our house almost five years ago, we wanted a deck that looked as if it was built at the same time that our house was. We wanted a unique design that would compliment our beautiful home.
This year, at my wife Wendy’s suggestion, we contacted Royal Home Improvements to tear away the old deck and build a new one, as well as add a small privacy fence. Royal Home Improvements sent a representative to our home and let us explain what we were looking for. They delivered a number of revisions to specs along the way but were patient and worked with us until we all felt that it was perfect. At the end of it all, Royal Home Improvements were reasonable, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. The handoff between the project manager and his team was seamless, John who oversaw the construction, was meticulous, methodical and ensured that everything was done true to spec.
We wouldn't hesitate recommending Royal Home Improvements to anyone looking for a great experience in building a deck. They were a pleasure to work with.
