As per unhappy in Dundas we were very impressed with Alamo Plumbing & Drain Specialists. They were truly professional,
informative and efficient. He replaced our ugly tap with a beautiful new one and a bonus soap dispenser. The leak under
our sink was sorted out and everything cleaned up. We wish we had found him sooner as any other plumbing done for us
before can't compare. We highly recommend them.

We had Alamo Plumbing in to do some outside work. At that time they broke our watershut off valve in the house.
The serviceman said that it was no trouble it was the city who would come out and fix it at no charge. WELL as it turned out it cost us 100.00 to have the city come out and shut off the water and Alamo Plumbing came back and charged us FULL price to fix our water shut off valve!!!! Plus they were an HOUR late and the city wanted to charge us twice!!
It was old but they should have been more upfront about it instead of saying the city would fix it for free or at least give us some kind of discount since they did BREAK IT.
I would not suggest this company unless you get everything in writing.
